Grants
Cocora Alliance, with support from OUT in Colombia, offers grants on an ongoing basis to registered nonprofit organizations serving communities in Colombia.
These grants support local initiatives that align with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and contribute to the emotional, material, and/or physical well-being of community members.
Examples of initiatives promoting emotional well-being include safety, spirituality, happiness, and stress-reduction. Material well-being initiatives could focus on employment or economic security, while physical well-being initiatives could center on recreation, leisure, health, or mobility.
Initiatives should fall within one or more of the following categories:

Social Impact
Activities and services that address a social challenge and will result in a significant, positive change for the affected community.

Biodiversity
Projects that help to preserve the natural environment and protect Colombia's biodiversity.
3
Economic Opportunity
Services and projects that help to eliminate poverty, provide economic support to communities in need, boost local economies, or that support entrepreneurship, particularly in the tourism sector or communities that are tourism-dependent.
